Hosting fees include access to our support team Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We are happy to assist or answer any questions our clients may have relating to web site maintenance, web site hosting and e-mail service, or other services we offer. Please note that diagnostic time expended to resolve failures, which are not caused by Net By Designs's equipment or software, will be billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour. Our goal is to complete or resolve all normal service requests within three business days.
